Standard Period:
If accommodation is cancelled greater than 7 days prior to arrival, all deposits paid (less the non-refundable booking deposit) will be refunded. If accommodation is cancelled within 7 days of arrival any deposit will be forfeited unless accommodation can be re-sold.
Event Period:Easter Period, June Long Weekend, Festival Events in Hay and Christmas/New Year Period
